Who we are

TCC are a Methodist rooted charity, seeking to walk alongside churches and charitable groups at every step. We support everything from financial services support, fundraising, and governance advice to missional reviews, building options appraisals, and social outreach start-ups. Our aim is to help churches and charities achieve their missional goals efficiently, safely, and sustainably.

Our culture and values

At TCC we work co-operatively, in a culture of mature and mutual accountability. Although our work is often technical, there is a strong pastoral aspect to it as well, and we always seek to extend that pastoral care to our staff as well. Our team is very small, and every member of staff plays a crucial part. As such we encourage initiative and personal development. We are an inclusive organisation, who hope that through our actions we can improve our small corner of the world.
