The Operational Research Society (The OR Society) is the professional membership body of the Operational Research (O.R.) community in the UK. The OR Society provides training, conferences, publications and information to those working in Operational Research.
The OR Society also promotes O.R. in education and business, and as a career. The OR Society encourages its members to continue their professional development through accreditation which enables members to certify their achievements in their job.
