About us

Who we are

The Educatch Charity supports young people in need of a voice. We help you to embrace a healthier attitude to education by providing safe environments for Learning, Personal Development & Outdoor Activities designed to give individuals at risk of losing out, the skills needed to achieve and gain an independent, positive place in society.

We provide targeted, academic and pastoral support to children and young people by giving them what they and the people that care for them need, in order for them to become more successful and move away from whatever barriers they may have been facing in their previous learning or life experiences.

Our culture and values

We Will Listen …..

We provide one to one bespoke tuition programmes designed to Improve the everyday life of individuals at risk of losing out. We work with young people with a diverse range of needs, from the age of 5 to 25 who have been identified as being at risk of not achieving the educational goals set by their current learning provider. This includes concerns meeting EHCP or school targets, children at risk of exclusion or who are not attending school, and young people who are at risk of becoming Looked After.

If a young person is not attending school, we will deliver up to 18 hours per week of a personalised curriculum. Engagement with the program is key to success. We therefore offer a wide range of activities to keep learners interested ranging from bike maintenance, access to music tech and studio work to digital coding or  art classes and animal welfare. The curriculum is bespoke, tailored to meet the individual needs and age of each and every student.

We have access to a gym, kitchen, recording studio and gardening space but also work within the community and in homes.
