Who we are

Several Seats is a community interest company that promotes positive mental health in women from ethnic minority backgrounds.

We champion young women aged 18-30 years old with lived experience and strive to create a safe space for peer-to-peer support and learning, where women can finally have a seat at the table to discuss the challenges of mental health.

Several Seats seeks to inspire, empower, and educate ethnic minority women by offering help through our various platforms, services and projects such as: Mind under Water swimming programme, Mentorship Scheme our in person Mental Health Paint & Pour art therapy workshops
