Who we are

We’re Brookes Union. We exist to make life better for Oxford Brookes students, and ensure they achieve their full potential on campus - and beyond. We’re a democratic organisation run by students, and we will always put students at the heart of the Union. 

Our culture and values

Located in Oxford, Brookes Union is a charity supporting 16,000 students at Oxford Brookes University, driving positive change and having a valuable impact on society. Our staff work alongside elected officers to deliver our strategic aims of Belonging, Collaborative Change and Employability, in line with our values: - Inclusive, Collaborative and Empowering.Our team at Brookes Union works relentlessly every day to ensure we have a positive and inclusive work environment which helps our members deliver impactful results. We are an open and supportive team, where ideas are valued and we collaborate to make things happen.
