About us
Who we are
We are advisers, counsellors, youth workers and other professionals working together to provide the best support we can to young people aged 11-25, in a way that works for them. All of our services are free and confidential.
We listen to what young people have to say and find out about their needs and strengths. We get to know each of them as an individual person. We think being professional and young person centred are equally important. All our staff are approachable, friendly and well qualified. We aim to provide everything under one roof so young people are able to access different types of support in one place.
We believe in early action – we try to address problems as soon as we can rather than waiting until they get bigger and more complicated. That’s why we run drop-in and self-referral services. We believe in youth rights. We support the UN Charter on Human Rights and The Rights of the Child and the European Convention on Human Rights. When we stand up for young people we are working to ensure that they have a fair chance to make the most of their life.
