Who we are
Liberty Tea Rooms and Community Hub is a thriving, well regarded and established Christian charity in the heart of Hemel Hempstead. The tearooms provide a welcoming place to meet for great food and drink served by our team of friendly volunteers and works with the Community Hub to serve those in need in the local community.
Main Purpose of the charity:
At Liberty Tea Rooms and Community Hub we have a passionate and talented team, who work tirelessly to provide Hemel Hempstead with a place where all are welcome, inclusion is celebrated, and everyone is encouraged to live life to the fullest.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
Our fully inclusive approach to the people we meet and serve is central to how we act. This approach runs through all of our volunteer and staff recruitment practices too.
As a Christian charity some of our staff roles require the post holder to lead daily prayers, and for this reason we require some of these roles to be fulfilled by Christians who have an active and living faith.
