Our culture and values

LOVE

IS THE CENTRE OF WHAT AND HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO.

WE TAKE AND MAKE TIME FOR ONE ANOTHER and ourselves.

Protects, perseveres, trusts, hopes

Eg managers correcting someone whilst maintaining their dignity

Eg goes beyond a duty, not because I’m paid to

Eg Past outcomes don’t dictate the future

KINDNESS

WE TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES.

WE NEED (and thrive when we get) IT SO WE GIVE IT.

Eg Means we take care of the words that come out of our mouths – including humour

Eg acts of kindness – unnecessary but

BRAVERY

WE ASK FOR HELP AND SAY WHAT WE NEED.

WE WILL TAKE A “HIT” TO DEVELOP POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS, THE TEAM, AND OUR WORK.

We challenge things we think aren’t right and accept being challenged

Recognise that I’m not always right

GENEROSITY

WE TRY TO GIVE THE BEST WE CAN, EVEN ON A “BAD” DAY.

WE ARE AVAILABLE.

We aim to go the extra mile

TRUST

WE PRACTICE INTEGRITY IN ALL THAT WE DO.

WE FOLLOW THROUGH AND BELIEVE IN OURSELVES.

Eg No Gaslighting

EQUITY

WE ARE OPEN TO NEW IDEAS AND DIFFERENT WAYS OF WORKING.

Believing everyone has equal worth WE INVEST TIME IN OTHERS AS THEY NEED.

RESPECT

EMPATHISE GENUINELY – WE DON’T NEED TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE. WE ARE ALL WORKING TOWARDS THE SAME GOAL.

THE REASON TO KEEP GOING.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
