Who we are
At Compass Wellbeing, a Community Interest Company and subsidiary of East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT), we act as a bridge - improving connectivity between ELFT and local VCSE organisations. We are dedicated to enhancing community wellbeing and tackling social inequalities across England. Our mission is to empower individuals and the third sector through innovative practices, advocating for holistic health solutions and fostering resilient, supportive environments for marginalised groups.
Compass Wellbeing supports ELFT in its mission to become the first NHS ‘Marmot Trust’. By implementing the Marmot principles, we aim to reduce health inequalities and improve population health.
