About us
Who we are
Age UK Hammersmith & Fulham supports older people in the borough to thrive in later life. We empower older people to maintain their independence, sustain their physical and mental health, and reduce loneliness and isolation. We do this through a range of services, operating primarily out of our Activity Centre on Greyhound Road along with community and home-based support. Although part of the Age UK Network, we are an independent charity passionate about making a difference to the lives of older people in our community.
