The Purpose of the Role
Support the operations functions within the London Headquarters and contribute to effective management of our workspace.

- Responsible for daily activities of the workplace both office a virtual environment
Key Working Relationships
- Reports to Head of Facilities and Procurement
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the daily functions of the London HQ Workspace
• Creation and Issuing of ID Badges, Access Fob and Locker allocation and inventory.
• Arranging new starter inductions and material
• Report issues that may require assistance from the building management and Security teams.
• Reception duties
• Liaising with key Workplace suppliers
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
• Meeting and greeting visitors (internal and external)
• Booking meeting rooms / desks, arranging catering, and setting up meeting space.
• Arranging couriers and handling deliveries
• Keeping the reception area tidy and functional.
• Keeping Kitchen and break area tidy
• Replenishing catering supplies
• Ordering workspace supplies for office and hybrid use
• Sorting and distributing posts.
• Maintenance of Reception Guide and Visitor information
• Willing to take on Fire Marshal and First Aider duties.
• Credit Card Reconciliation
• Support and create Data Statistic on office occupancy.
• Supporting the Supply Chain team with purchasing administration
• Purchase request and purchase order creation
• Administration duties for the Head of Facilities and Procurement
• Adhoc remote support for Brussels and Geneva as directed by line manager

Under the overall guidance of the Senior Programme Coordinator, the direct supervision of the National Resettlement and Complementary Pathways Officer and working in close coordination with the Head of Operations and relevant IOM missions the incumbent will coordinate the implementation, and day to day delivery of the assigned projects, support the development of project proposals and provide specialised thematic support in the area of Resettlement and Integration.
The incumbent will also liaise with relevant stakeholders on matters related to project development, implementation, and reporting, as well as represent IOM in external forums and meetings.

IRW is recruiting for the position of ‘Director of People & Culture' to join its dynamic People and Culture Division based in its offices in Birmingham, UK. The organisation is operating to hybrid working model.
The purpose of the role is to:
•Deliver a focused HR service to provide strategic direction and leadership to support the organisation-wide HR planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the overall organisational objectives are achieved.
•Strengthen IRW’s relations with the wider community to consolidate and develop the visibility and image of the organisation.
•Facilitate professional and systematic communication and cooperation between the different parts of the IRW family to ensure maximum impact of the organisation’s work.
•Lead on the development, implementation and regular review of the divisional strategy, policies & procedures, processes, work plans and systems to achieve the agreed divisional objectives.
•Lead, manage and develop staff in order to ensure that the divisional is capable of fully achieving its agreed targets, and to provide HR specialist and strategic advice to partners as and when required.
The successful candidate must have or be:
•CIPD membership at Chartered or Fellow level or equivalent experience
•Sound understanding of UK employment law is essential
•Sound understanding and proven experience of HR processes, including but not limited to, change management, organisational development, ER case work, resourcing, compensation and benefits, policy development
•Proven experience of HR business partnering and substantial skills and experience of HR management at a senior level within in a large organisation
•A good understanding, commitment and sympathy with Islamic Relief’s Values, principles and mission
•Proven ability and experience in people and activity management as well as delegating roles and authority in a way in which enables teams to reach their targets/objectives
•Proven experience of developing and implementing strategies and work plans which help to deliver the wider organisational objectives
•Ability to guide staff development towards achieving key performance indicators
•Demonstrable experience in consultative team approaches to decision-making and innovation which motivates and drives teams forward
•Proven ability and experience in analysing data which enables sound conclusions and recommendations to be drawn to work in a way which always considers long-term goals whilst maintaining an overview of its immediate situation
•Track record of working in partnership with senior leadership teams, based on a coaching approach
• Up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation, awareness of forthcoming employment legislation
•High level of competence in all aspects of managing employee relations
•Sound financial and time management which enables strategic goals to be achieved within budgetary constraints
•Ability and motivation to travel within UK and internationally if required

About the role
The Reaching the Last Mile Africa (RLM) programme is a significant, intricate initiative spanning multiple countries and years, dedicated to eradicating onchocerciasis and lymphatic filariasis (OV and LF).
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the RLM programme. This will be achieved by coordinating administrative and support systems, procedures, and sub-teams essential for the programme’s management.
Principle Accountabilities
- Ensure professional support for all external NTD meetings with donors and international partners, including logistics, room bookings, agendas, slides, recording, virtual participation, and minute documentation and distribution.
- Coordinate support for regular internal RLM meetings, such as bi-weekly calls, by managing invites, agendas, and minutes.
- Assist with large-scale events organised by RLM, including drafting and sending invites, liaising with the event organisation team, and supporting agenda and materials development.
- Assemble information for presentations, communications, and reports, and manage internal document storage systems (Microsoft SharePoint and Teams).
- Support the RLM team, NTDs Directorate, and Institutional Funding Team in compiling key donor milestone reports and other programme outputs, coordinating reviews, presentation, and distribution.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the RLM Systems Strengthening Committee, including liaising with members, scheduling meetings, preparing slides, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action points.
- Provide travel support to the Executive Director, Deputy Director and SPO where requested. Accurately handle all travel arrangements, including hotel reservation, flight reservations and ticket purchases, visas and other immigration requirements

Proficiency in using Microsoft SharePoint and Teams for document management is essential, along with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. The Coordinator is adept at compiling reports, managing consultancy agreements, and providing comprehensive travel support.
Jobholder Requirements
Essential:
- Relevant qualification in Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience in an administrative role within a reputable INGO or similar organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to express information clearly and concisely.
- Tenacity to persevere with objectives until they are accomplished.
- Strong team working skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
