Main Areas of Responsibility
The purpose of your role will be:
- To ensure that Academy practice is compliant with the SEND Code of Practice (2014) and other relevant statutory requirements

Qualifications & Experience

About the role:
This Best Companies Top 25 Charity is looking to appoint a Sports Events Fundraiser to support the Events Programme. The Events Fundraiser is responsible for supporting the Events Manager to the plan and deliver Rainbow Trust's events programme. We have developed and started an ambitious strategy to grow our UK wide and International sports fundraising programme.
The post holder will plan, deliver and market a portfolio of high-profile and high-value sports fundraising events, including the London Marathon and Arctic Adventure Challenge; and assist on the delivery of special events including the the London Carol Concert. The post holder will steward supporters and motivate them to ensure maximum engagement and income for Rainbow Trust.
What we’re looking for:

About the role
This role will lead on the strategic development of the London community repair network. Building on the 40+ groups and volunteers that have grown over the last 13 years, you will help to develop and strengthen the network.
This will include understanding and addressing challenges faced by the groups, developing a monitoring and evaluation framework and strategically addressing barriers to engagement so that anyone who wishes to can benefit from community repair in London.

Job Location: Monday-Thursday at a school based in Chelsea and Friday working from home.
The charity’s mission is to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds to access top universities, through a unique combination of tuition and in-school mentoring. The University Access Officer mentors GCSE students, delivering group workshops, mentoring and coaching them on how to access and transition to university.
This is an exciting opportunity to foster mentoring relationships with students who will likely be encountering such support for the first time. The University Access Officer is in a position to open up a world of opportunities to the students which is extremely rewarding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with students in school and enrolling them onto the programme
- Matching students with volunteer tutors

Woman’s Trust is a leading mental health charity supporting women affected by domestic abuse. For nearly 30 years, we have provided free, trauma-informed counselling, therapeutic groups, and workshops to help women rebuild their emotional wellbeing. Led by and for women, we support over 900 women and children annually, with an income of £1.3m and a dedicated team of 40 staff.
The Role
We are seeking a Head of Fundraising and Development to lead our fundraising team and play a key role in our Senior Leadership Team. You will drive our fundraising strategy, securing income to support our ambitious 2022-2027 goals, including expanding mental health services for young women, launching peer-led groups, and increasing awareness through training and research. As demand for our services grows, we aim to double the number of women we support annually, achieved in part through growing our income.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Developing new funder and partner relationships across trusts, foundations, statutory bodies, and corporates.
· Strengthening existing relationships to secure sustainable, multi-year funding.
· Leading fundraising growth, aiming for £1.4m in 2025/26 and £3m by 2027/28.
· Collaborating with the CEO, trustees, and Senior Leadership Team to shape fundraising strategy and operational delivery.
· Leading an passionate team of fundraisers to maximise income generation opportunities

Following expert consultation, we are now seeking an experienced, solution-focussed Head of Finance and IT to join our Senior Management Team. This role oversees the financial operations and drives the development of our integrated IT strategy, ensuring first-class financial and IT service across the organisation.
In this role you will ensure timely and accurate management and financial reporting across the organisation, fostering a culture of financial accountability and ensuring that all stakeholders have a sense of co-ownership of this; working closely with the senior management team you will support grant applications to ensure that the terms and conditions of these grants are understood and complied with. You will also manage our cloud-based IT services to support the delivery of our strategic plan, ensuring best value IT across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CIPFA) with a solid understanding of IT systems management. They will have proven experience in both financial and IT leadership roles, working closely with senior managers and collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders at senior levels. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to present complex financial data to diverse audiences to ensure the organisation's financial sustainability. Experience in the charity sector and in developing financial strategy is essential for this role.

This new role is responsible for the management and development of the Here for You’s geographical expansion. This includes managing a small team which works to integrate our referral route into NHS Trusts and may include managing additional support officers in future.
We’re currently working with over 60 NHS Trusts in England but have ambitious plans to become UK-wide. Supporting the senior manager, personalised referrals, the post is responsible for targeting areas of high deprivation and high breast cancer incident rates.
