Facilitating effective connections and engagements that enable knowledge sharing and learning and specialist or peer support between partners, the national organisation, within regions and with outsourced support where appropriate.
To be a subject matter expert on allocated local partners, gathering intelligence and disseminating appropriately, advocating on behalf of the network by working collaboratively across the team and division to give an amplified voice to partners within the national organisation and governance.
This is a home-based role for UK based candidates only.
There is a requirement to travel to Network partners across the UK as and when required. This may include overnight stays.

Must haves:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrable experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders in a complex environment.

The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) are a registered charity who have been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 40 years.
East Riding Partnership (ERP) – is a partnership between ADS and Humber Teaching NHS trust. It has three hubs, Hull, Bridlington and Goole. It is multi-disciplinary team led by a consultant and provides treatment services in the community. The services include aftercare, young people, community rehabilitation programme, a specialist supporting image and performing enhancing drugs/steroids and a team supporting service users and cares through a team of volunteers and peer mentors.

The role will support service users with diverse and complex needs and their families with issues relating to substance use including alcohol. The post would involve assessing need from a person centred and strength-based perspective. You will have a good understanding of recovery and have a value base that stems from a strongly held working belief in individuals’ ability to change and live in recovery along with a desire to ensure each service user has access to the information and 'tools' needed to live a fulfilling life in recovery.

The Role
This exciting fixed-term role will help the IOP to understand and support Wales’s education and skills sectors and to ensure that the voice of Wales is heard and represented in the IOP’s broader work across the UK and Ireland. About you

About this exciting opportunity
St Giles Trust have been funded by the Ministry of Justice’s Women’s Interventions Funding to deliver a gender specific service in Coventry for women who are on the periphery of the criminal justice system. Our service will use credible lived experience staff that will position themselves across multiple ‘reachable’ moments for example, working in police stations, courts, and probation to divert women into appropriate support, activities & interventions. We follow a Trauma-Informed responsive delivery model, supporting women who have highly complex & interlinked needs to reduce and desist from future potential offending. We are looking for experienced caseworker-facilitators who will be able to identify additional and specialist learning needs and identify barriers within our female client groups. The mentor facilitators should be able to address and support across the pathways listed below whilst delivering a Healthy Relationship programme within a group setting.
What we are looking for
• Understanding of the issues faced by females involved or at risk of becoming involved in the criminal justice system.
• A knowledge and understanding of providing support, advice and advocacy to vulnerable clients and the ability to communicate this knowledge in a variety of ways.
• We would particularly welcome applications from women with lived experience or experience of working in a Mental Health/Wellbeing Service/Role as well as those with experience and understanding of working with other supportive organisations (i.e. Finance, Benefit and Debt Service).
• Ability to assess clients’ needs and provide client-led support.

The Grants Manager will be responsible for end-to-end grant-making; assessing applications, making recommendations and monitoring of a portfolio of grants. The role holder will work closely with other members of the Grants Team, including the Directors, to support learning, develop special initiatives and contribute to the creation of policy and processes. The role will suit someone with previous grant-making experience who is seeking to develop their expertise in place-based grant-making and/or the CYP sector. Given the nature of the existing portfolio, experience of working with cultural organisations and education settings would be a particular benefit.
