Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To effectively plan and deliver an employability curriculum whilst embedding functional skills (Entry 3-Level 2) and/or delivering maths and English qualifications at these levels.
- Provide engaging teaching sessions that promote skilsl development and independence in the workplace.
- Implement appropriate assessment, target setting, recording, reporting and evaluation of the progress of the interns.
- Identify interns skills to enable them to participate in a variety of work-based tasks to build marketable, competitive skills leading to employment.
- Collaborate with the employers (Gardeners and Charity Shops) to create meaningful internship opportunities and facilitate successful work placements.
- To work alongside job coaches to perform specific workplace analysis, job analysis, task analysis, and job matching activities
- To seek appropriate future employment consistent with the interns interests and skills
- As a personal tutor, be responsible for the emotional and social welfare of the interns.
- Work with parents, local authorities and other supported internship stakeholders to support the progression of the interns

About the Role

The work is an assertive outreach caseworker role; an Advocate will be responsible for supporting 5 women in their assigned borough. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the intersection between severe and multiple disadvantage and VAWG and a strong understanding of how this can make it difficult for women to engage with support. You will have worked with people experiencing various aspects of severe and multiple disadvantage: homelessness, substance use, mental health issues, insecure immigration status, prostitution, offending history and children taken into care.
About You
- Demonstrable experience of working with people affected by VAWG
- Experience of risk assessment, risk management, and safety planning with victim/survivors including those at high risk
- Experience of working with people affected by severe and multiple disadvantage: homelessness, substance use, mental health issues, insecure immigration status, prostitution and offending behaviour
- Experience of multi-agency partnership working
- A sound working knowledge of the practical, emotional, social and economic issues facing women and children affected by domestic abuse
- Knowledge of housing, welfare and policy relating to domestic abuse

- Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills

The Role

We are now looking to recruit a Canine Behaviour and Training Advisor for our team in Old Windsor. Within this role, you will work with our operational teams in the assessment and welfare of the dogs in our care and in the provision of behavioural training and advice for staff, volunteers, customers and external organisations. You will be working as part of a care group to create behaviour modification plans, support with handling difficult dogs and make recommendations, along with the individual care group, for individual dog outcomes.

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering group and one-to-one support in primary and secondary schools as part of the Boys' Development team. Our work in primary school is with Year 6 and in the secondary school we work with Year 7 to 11 . A key element of the work will be to deliver the sessions face to face and maintain good working relationships with the schools and the partner organisations we are supporting. Managing your calendar on a week to week basic and liaising with school staff as part of the support for mentees.

Cruse Bereavement Support is the leading and largest grief charity in the UK. They have been providing bereavement support for over 60 years and are constantly looking at new and improved ways they can reach and support more people, in a way that is right for them.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, the HR Advisor will act as the primary point of contract for all operational HR matters, developing and strengthening relationships between employees, line managers and HR. The HR advisor will manage the administration associated with employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, and provide the first-line support for employee relation issues. The postholder will also act as one of the points of contact with external HR support, building an effective working relationship.
To be successful, you will have significant experience as a HR professional, having previously advised and supporting managers in a range of employee relations. You will be CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, with experience of coordinating end-to-end recruitment from advert to onboarding. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships internally and externally, with knowledge of upskilling managers across an organisation on HR policies. Experience of working in the charity sector is desirable, but not a must.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Administrator with experience and enthusiasm for community outreach to join a well-established and vital organisation. The Marketing & Communications Administrator reports to the Senior Manager – Children & Community and works in a team alongside the Community Development worker to build and enhance all of T&T’s work. The part-time role combines business and creativity to maintain Time & Talents’ voice and presence, connecting with local children, families, adults and older people in the Bermondsey and Rotherhithe areas – that is to say, all of our neighbours! If you are a good communicator, flexible and able to take initiative, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. What we do Time & Talents is a lively, busy community centre in the heart of Rotherhithe, London SE16. Set in a leafy heritage building, and ‘T&T2’, our second venue in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, we offer something for everyone. With a history of 137 years of supporting people of all ages in Rotherhithe and Bermondsey, we bring people together for mutual support, fun and friendship, with a wide range of services and activities for older people and other adults, along with children and families’ programmes and a range of volunteering projects.
The role
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
• Maintain social media accounts, website, regular newsletters and promotional materials in close collaboration with programme teams
• Collaborate with management team to create effective, engaging reports to a range of funders and other stakeholders
• Lead on community fundraising initiatives with management team support
• Maintain a unified tone and thematic approach across all media and marketing platforms
