Who we are

YTKO supports individuals, businesses and social enterprises through the whole cycle of growth, from pre-start and start-up to sustainability and growth, via a blend of branded services. We are committed to having a positive community impact through enterprise, and have recently secured funding from the BIG Lottery’s Building Better Opportunities (BBO) programme (Supporting Enterprise). This post will be funded by the Big Lottery and European Social Fund. We are working in a partnership that has the capacity to support beneficiaries across Dorset, using community enterprise to address the barriers many people face to get into training or work. We do this by providing an accessible, community based, peer-supported and individually tailored programme of support to build confidence and effect long-term change in our beneficiaries.
