Who we are

Compassion supports all victims of domestic abuse, both current and historic, providing information/ advice and a range of support services over the phone, online and face to face. We exist to end domestic abuse through the interventions we offer to victims and through awareness raising campaigns and initiatives. Domestic abuse will only thrive in silence and darkness, we are here to talk about it and shine a light on this complex issue that affects every one of us. As a charity we rely heavily on donations and the tireless work of our volunteers, who give their time freely to deliver programmes and run our range of support services. This commitment has driven Compassion forward and earned us high regard from other professionals within the field of domestic abuse services.
