Who we are

We believe that great graduates can do great things and that young, talented professionals can bring real innovation and impact to the not-for-profit sector. 

Our mission is to support great graduates to do their best work in social impact. We achieve this through matching career starters to challenging roles in small and start up charities and social enterprises, and supporting them through their first year of work through training and mentoring.
