About us
Who we are
Worldwide Radiology is a volunteer-led multidisciplinary international nonprofit organisation creating and delivering solutions to enhance access to high quality and context appropriate diagnostic imaging tests in low and middle income countries.
We bring together a global community of medical imaging professionals from various imaging disciplines and medical specialties. We take pride in the rich tapestry of experiences and perspectives brought by our team.
We deliver education to increase health workers knowledge and skills in diagnostic imaging. We support clinical services to improve patient care and contribute to research programmes increasing the evidence base for high quality and context relevant imaging services.
As part of our projects, we campaign for diagnostic imaging solutions to get priority investment, mobilise the global medical community to share their expertise and support research exploring how diagnostic imaging solutions can improve care.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
Worldwide Radiology is committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination. We therefore seek to create an environment whereby everybody has equal opportunities and there is also equality in our treatment of others. We believe that this will ensure that we truly represent the communities we are working with and that everyone is respected and feels able to give their best.
Worldwide Radiology is committed to diversity. We believe that it is not just about preventing discrimination, but recognising that we are all different in a variety of ways. In valuing diversity, dignity, inclusion, equality, fairness and respect, we aim to create an environment whereby everyone feels valued and that their skills and competencies are fully utilised. This applies to those who are connected to us in the UK and overseas.
In acting in this way, we are committed to being a fair employer and service provider.
Worldwide Radiology is also committed against discrimination within our beneficiaries and to the general public that we connect with and serve.
In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, we will never discriminate by age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race (including colour, nationality, and ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
We will also create a working environment free of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination and that promotes our values.
