Who we are

Women in leadership Uganda (WIL Uganda) is a grassroots NGO based in rural Uganda that operates with a mission to educate and empower rural women and girls. Founded by Cianne Jones a british lawyer and gender equality advocate WIL Uganda runs runs free, interactive, rights based workshops in rural villages in Uganda with the help of a team of national and international volunteers.
