Who we are

Windsor Leadership is a not-for-profit that provides transformational, experience-led leadership development programmes for senior leaders across all sectors of society. This cross-sector exposure to different styles of leadership, combined with the quality and level of leaders, is what makes us unique.

For almost 25 years we have delivered programmes that challenge leaders to explore and discover their personal leadership styles and think about the key elements of leadership at the heart of business and society today. In 2020, Windsor Leadership celebrates its 25 years anniversary and we are planning a host of events and activities to celebrate this milestone,. We continue to believe that exceptional leadership has the power to change the world.

Our residential leadership programmes which range from 2-5 days are held at St George’s House, Windsor Castle and Cumberland Lodge, Windsor Great Park, Berkshire UK, and they are all followed by a Part Two six months later. We don’t teach leadership, our focus is on self-development and self-awareness which empowers our leaders to respond to the complexities and challenges of strategic leadership.
