About us
Who we are
Wiltshire Rural Music bring live music and music making workshops to communities within Wiltshire. We support young people with bursaries and instrument hire, as well as hosting events, music groups and recitals at our Trowbridge hub.
Our culture and values
Wiltshire Rural Music (WRM) is a vibrant grassroots music hub whose purpose is to create opportunities for everyone in the county to participate, appreciate and celebrate music making from African drumming to top-level professional chamber music.
We have a small, valued group of Trustees who lead the charity though the year, each with their own individual skills which benefit the organisation. The team is supported by a Creative Director and Fundraiser, who bring the musical activities to life across Wiltshire, sending music to the most isolated of communities. Whether it's a lunchtim concert, a school songwriting session, or a singalong with a dementia care group, life at WRM is never dull!
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We welcome applications from all backgrounds regardless of race, gender or religious beliefs.
