WildTeam - a wildlife conservation charity

We empower conservationists to protect and restore nature everywhere.

Our vision: Every conservationist has access to the skills, knowledge, and network they need to progress their career and make a meaningful difference for our natural world, no matter who they are or where they are from. 

Our values:

We believe people are the solution: Professional conservationists have shown that they can  work with local communities, governments, and businesses to catalyse the protection and restoration of nature. All we have to do is develop thousands of highly skilled conservationists in every country. They will do the rest.

We act fearlessly: We are not afraid of the scale of work and funds needed to achieve our vision. We are excited about it. We are not afraid of others working in the same space. We see them as partners. We are not afraid of failing now and again. We look for and share our failings so that we and others can learn how to do conservation better.

We ground everything we do in reality: We know from years of experience, and our wide network of expert advisers, what it takes to deliver conservation projects that make a measurable difference. We use that experience and knowledge to create practical, accessible, and standardised approaches that can be used to design, implement, and report on any kind of conservation project
