Who we are

Valley Leisure is a small charitable trust and our mission is to help people to of all ages and abilities move more and feel better. We believe that physical activity is the key to a healthy and independent life. Our passionate team help people get active by delivering safe and effective services in Andover, Hampshire - Riverside Bowl and I Can Therapy Centre. We will soon be launching our new online health and wellness service called I Can Connect, helping people to get active and feel great from home.
