About us

Who we are

The Union of UEA Students is a registered charity with over 13,000 student members run by elected officers elected each year by the student body. These officers are supported by a Chief Executive and Senior Management Team, who along with 100 permanent staff and around 300 student staff run our commercial services (pub and bars, coffee shop, papershop, post office, convience store, travel shop) entertainments with a varied range of live events and club nights.Profits from our commercial activities are invested by the Union into delivering our charitable objectives which include, sports clubs, special interest societies, volunteering, advice, representation, democracy, communications, housing support and campaigns
