We’re The Switch (formerly Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership), a pioneering charity driving change within education to empower children and young people to dream big and achieve their aspirations.
With more than 30 years of experience behind us, we’re focused and committed to helping our local East London community boost the career options for young people and give every child a bright and promising future.
We’re looking for individuals with the experience, gravitas and expertise to help us do more, help more young people and drive change.
You’ll join us as we change the narrative for young people, discover their potential, raise their aspirations and create opportunities. We are about matching businesses and education together to support amazing children to become exceptional adults.
