The Search Core is a recruitment consultancy that was created to support professionals looking to advance their careers; and companies looking to recruit key roles within their businesses. We operate in two key markets: Finance & Accountancy and Human Resources.

What we offer you

The Search Core was established by two experienced managers looking to move away from the corporate infrastructure of recruitment that is driven by targets and KPIs. We specialise in sourcing finance and human resource professionals in the Not for Profit sector.
