Welcome to The Professional Fundraiser The Professional Fundraiser is a direct approach agency specialising in face-to-face donor recruitment for a number of charities, as well as fundraiser recruitment for the growing number of charities choosing to develop their own in-house face-to-face fundraising teams. The company has been established with one sole purpose in mind and one founding principal; you could say, our company vision and mission statement. Company vision To help fulfil the fundraising needs of a charity by always putting the charity’s needs ahead of our own. Mission statement To create life time value and to deliver an unrivalled passion for the charities that we represent. As The Professional Fundraiser, we aim to provide the most ethical approach to the charity; to be a top employer, always supportive of our team; to ensure the highest degree of professionalism towards the public, and to reduce our impact on the environment in everything we do. Our commitment to our charity clients It is our aim to provide an ethical service to each of our charity clients. Generating sufficient profit only to ensure our business stability and sustainability in the sector; and to also finance our continued development in line with our Company vision and mission statement, we strive to offer the most cost effective campaigns for the Charity, maximising the Charity’s return on investment and offering a fair and trustworthy alternative to our competitors. Our commitment to our team We recognise that an atmosphere of positive team communication, autonomy and individual engagement with the Company, coupled with excellent managerial capability and learning opportunities for all is of central importance to the success of the Company and the good-feeling of all team members.
