Who we are
The MCS Charitable Foundation is an organisation with big ambition and a mission to decarbonise homes, heat and energy through the UK by acting as a catalyst for change.
Our vision is everyone will have access to affordable, reliable and renewable energy in their homes and businesses across the UK and as a Foundation we work to increase public confidence, awareness and access to renewable energy and low carbon solutions.
In addition, the Foundation oversees the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) which defines, maintains and improves quality standards for renewable energy.
