About us
Who we are
The Hope Foundation was founded in 2020 in response to the alarming amount of homelessness evidenced across Liverpool and Merseyside.
Motivated by our Faith we believe that every person has the right to a safe place to call home, and proper support and advice to help them achieve their full potential.
Through the work of our 5 main projects we offer accomodation, support, advice, training and education.
We value partnership and collaboration and together with other lcoal organisations provide support to our local communtiies.
Since our inception we have grown steadily over the years and have been volunteer run up until recently. We are now looking for a motivated, passionate support worker to join our team, to help us increase our capacity and help us continue to provide our much needed services.
Our culture and values
Holistic
In life we see that each person is different from the next and that often one size does not fit all. Our aim is to work together with individuals and supporting agencies to provide the best possible support for our service users.
Open Hearted
As an organisation we are driven by our faith and the mandate to love one another, and we recognise that each person is uniquely and beautifully created. Our aim is to work with anyone and everyone who has need, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status.
Passionate
Our main purpose is to bring passionate people together to make a positive change in the world. Our aim is to equip, train, work with and send out people who are not going to settle for anything less than justice, fairness, and relief for those in need.
Excellence
It is important to us that we operate in a way that promotes and shows excellence across all of our work and delivers the best possible experience and service to our clients. Our aim is to deliver each of our projects professionally and with the user in mind, we also aim to enable our staff and volunteers to continually grow in a friendly, fun, safe and collaborative workplace.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
At the Hope Foundation we prde ourselves in being a welcoming and inclusive organisation.
We are committed to working with anyone and everyone who has need, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status.
