Who we are

Our mission is to raise the achievement of children, regardless of background, and to provide them with equal choices and opportunities in life. By developing a network of exceptional schools leaders, we are transforming challenging schools and working to eradicate educational disadvantage. We were founded on two key premises: 1) That all children are capable of achieving excellent outcomes at school, whatever their background. 2) That effective, inspirational school leadership is the key to achieving this. Since 2006 we have extended our reach and impact across the country. We now have offices in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham, and work with any schools that meet our criteria.
