About us
Who we are
The Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre (CRMC) is a registered charity dedicated to supporting asylum seekers, refugees and migrants living in Coventry, Warwickshire and surrounding areas. We provide a holistic range of community based client-centred services, including impartial and confidential advice, practical help and support, to our clients from over 70 different countries in order to help them rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential in safety and dignity.
Our mission is to identify and meet the needs of refugees and migrants through the provision of projects and services which help them to settle into local communities, supporting effective integration, community cohesion and encouraging them to make a full contribution to the life of the City.
The aims of the organisation are:
- To relieve hardship and distress amongst asylum seeking, refugee and migrant communities in and around Coventry;
- To provide holistic client-centred services to this vulnerable client group;

- Office-based and community outreach advice and guidance;
- Immigration and legal advice;
- Housing advice and supported accommodation;
- Safeguarding and destitution support;
- Employment, education and training advice and guidance;
