Who we are
Senior Grants and Trusts Fundraiser (part-time 20 hours per week, home-based)
Children's Medical Charity
The Children's Surgery Foundation has recently been re-launched with an exciting new vision.
Working in partnership with the British Association of Paediatric Surgeons, we help sick children and their families through the continued improvement of paediatric surgery. We do this through the provision of critical medical equipment, surgical training and research.
Building on a strong track record of 36 years helping children in hospital, the charity has advanced it's strategic direction to work throughout the UK and the rest of the world, especially in low to middle income countries (LMIC's).
We are recruiting an exceptional, organised, personable and pro-active Senior Grants and Trusts Fundraiser, with extensive experience of raising funds from trusts, foundations and corporate donors.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving healthcare for children, relishes a challenge and craves fundraising success.
You will be a skilled communicator who has demonstrable success and wide-ranging experience in securing sizeable grants for medical projects.
The ideal candidate has successfully worked in a similar role with medical charities. Experience of developing and nurturing relationships with grant making organisations is essential.
The role is home-based and part-time 20 hours per week. The candidate reports directly to the Chief Executive.
