Who we are
The Carers Hub supports Informal Carers (Adults and Children) across Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and the whole of Staffordshire.
An Informal Carer is anyone who offers support to a friend, neighbour or family member, without payment, when that person would be unable to cope withour the carer's support.
As well as offering emotional support, we provide support around finances, personal health and wellbeing, as well as signposting to more specialist support, such as legal matters.
We have two main offices, one based in Stafford and a second in Birches Head, Stoke-on-Trent, although a great deal of our work is out and about within the community.
