Who we are
The Bus Shelter MK is an innovative charity which offers a temporary home and permanent route off the street for people experiencing homelessness in Milton Keynes. Offering a caring, person-centric service, which continues after a guest has left our accommodation, we have provided shelter to over 120 people since we opened in March 2018. Once based on a converted double-decker bus, we now have a long term facility, providing nine indiviual bedrooms as well as pleasant communal spaces. During 2022 we opened two "move-on" houses, bringing our total bed spaces to 17.
