About us
Who we are
We are a Peer Support Mental Health Charity, providing a safe environment for you to come and chat. We do not offer counselling or therapy, but what we can do is offer a friendly, welcoming environment and listen extremely well. Plus we make a great cup of tea!
The trustees, staff, and volunteers all bring their own lived experience into the mix to support people who are living with long-term mental illnesses such as Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders and PTSD.
Almost 10 years later, we are embedded in our local community, delivering a range of activities from our Centre and using our voice to influence mental health services and suicide prevention at the local and Greater Manchester levels.
