Who we are

Task Squad is a youth recruitment agency and social enterprise created specifically help those young people who have developed their skills through volunteering to take the next step into paid employment, and to find high quality entry-staff for organisations across London in a transparent and cost effective manner. We're part of the national youth volunteering charity, vInspired.

All of our candidates have demonstrated their can-do attitude and strong work ethic through volunteering and are now looking to bring this discipline, passion and motivation to the workplace. Our young people are available at short notice for temporary & permanent roles including admin, social media, event support, reception, marketing, data-entry and client services. We’ve placed hundreds of fantastic young people in to a huge spectrum of roles, predominately in the SME and start-up market and are always looking for new employers to support! We’re passionate about providing an ethical, trusted and value-led recruitment service to clients and candidates.

Through our parent charity, vInspired, we have high speed access to over 10,000 enthusiastic, driven and work-ready candidates between 18 – 25 years old, which allows us to quickly meet our clients’ entry-level staffing needs. All profit generated is invested back into vInspired to support young people's access to social action opportunities; Task Squad is a fantastic recruitment and CSR solution in one.
