About us
Who we are
Our concern is prostate cancer. It's the most common form of cancer for men. And over 12,000 men die from it every year. It's far too many.
Tackle Prostate Cancer acts as the voice of prostate cancer patients and their families. We aim to:
- Encourage and assist the formation and development of patient-led support groups throughout the UK
- Raise awareness of prostate cancer in the general population
- Encourage improvement of health services and conduct campaigns to improve the wellbeing of those affected by prostate cancer
We represent over 90 prostate cancer support groups across the UK. Together we're stronger.
