Who we are

Working together to improve the mental and physical health, well-being and life chances of people in Sussex living with Multiple Sclerosis.

Sussex MS Centre is a small independent charity supporting people living with Multiple Sclerosis (and their families and carers). Our catchment area takes in East and West Sussex and members travel from as far as London, Surrey, Kent and Hampshire. 

With the simple aim to improve the health and wellbeing of people living with MS, we give a genuinely positive environment for our members to access our services to suit their individual needs.  We offer a variety of therapies, group classes (online and live), activities and regular social events, alongside daily sessions of Oxygen therapy to help with the symptom management of MS.

The Centre supports and empowers our members to share their experiences with one another helping to lessen the impact that MS has on their everyday lives.
