Who we are

The Sea Cadets are a national organisation supporting young people aged 10-18 years to develop in a safe and friendly environment through various nautical based training, education and leisure activities and shares heritage with The Royal Navy.

Sea Cadets offers an environment where young people find new confidence and inspiration, and acquire life skills like team work and independence. By offering young people opportunities to grow and cultivate valuable skills they are given the best possible head start in life.

Sunbury and Walton Sea Cadets is a stanadalone self funding  charity who has commenced an ambitious capital programme to realise the build of a modern fit for purpose riverbank training centre, above flood levels, taking their work with young people forward into the next decade and fully supporting the community.
