Who we are
Stronger Kent Communities (SKC) is an independent Community Interest Company providing infrastructure support for not-for-profit organisations across Kent.
Our vision is for not-for-profits across Kent to be well-run, effective and sustainable in meeting the needs of their diverse communities.
Our mission is to support organisations in building capacity, strengthening infrastructure and making the connections and partnerships they need to thrive.
We have recently been awarded a three year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund which will enable us to offer a suite of services designed specifically for voluntary sector organisations in Kent and Medway.
Building on the programme of support SKC has delivered across the voluntary sector since our inception in 2017, this funding provides a clear signal that SKC is a respected provider, recognised for our ability to respond to the challenges the sector is now facing.
