Who we are
Stepping Stones (Luton) is a local charity (previously a C.I.C) founded in 2008 to meet the needs of vulnerable women (and their children) who are trapped by drugs and alcohol, domestic abuse and/or at risk of committing crime or currently in contact with the criminal justice system. Services include women’s group programmes, 1:1 support and counselling as well as an Ofsted approved childcare facility.
The charity’s objectives are broad but vulnerable women and their children remain at the heart of all our services.
