About us
Who we are
Staywell is an independent, award-winning charity providing a range of services for people in South-West London and Surrey.
We're always looking for great people to join our team.
Join Staywell and you'll be part of an award-winning organisation that's been supporting the community since 1946.
Our strapline is 'Services that changes lives'. Have a look at the stories page on our website and you'll be able to read many accounts from people who have used our services, and the difference Staywell has made to them.
We could not achieve this without the people who work for us, people who really care about what they do, people who know that their work really does make a difference. We expect a lot of our staff - our quality standards are high - but our people tell us that the work is extremely rewarding.
This is what Sally said about working for our Help@Home team:
'I would like to thank each and every one of you who work or volunteer for Staywell as you are an inspirational bunch of people and we all work together to deliver a wonderful service to benefit clients who really need us.
I have been part of the Staywell team for just over two and a half years and I am not exaggerating when I say that this has been the best job I have every had.
Not many people get the opportunity to find happiness and satisfaction in their jobs but I have.
It has been a privilege to be part of the community team. We have gone from strength to strength to deliver a service which enables our clients to reel supported through decision making and choices, which empowers their lives and gives them a greater sense of wellbeing.
I have felt supported by everyone from the very first day I started.'
