About the Work

At Spiral we want every young person to be equipped to participate in society, make independent choices and take control of their own lives. Spiral's immersive career interventions work to ensure every young person is excited about their future, motivated to make it a reality, and equipped with the essential skills they need to succeed. Spiral’s supports young people with programme delivery (Engage and Inspire programmes) and Student Support (mentoring, work experience and jobs). 

Spiral work with young people who are left behind by the education system and do not suit the traditional educational teaching styles. We work with young people at risk of exclusion from mainstream school, in Pupil Referral Units and Colleges. Spiral supports young people who may have SEND, display behavioural challenges, have been excluded or at risk of exclusions/ becoming NEET, on pupil premium, or be disengaged from their studies.
