Who we are
South West Advocacy Network is an independent advocacy charity with offices in Taunton, Bristol, Isle of Wight, Dorset & Portsmouth. We work across Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset, South Gloucester, Dorset, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.
We work with people from all walks of life and have already supported thousands of the most disadvantaged people in our communities, helping them to have their voices heard and their choices respected.
Our Mission
To ensure a clear voice for vulnerable adults through the provision of effective and inclusive independent advocacy based on the principles of equality and fairness; and tailored to meet the expressed and implied needs and wishes of each individual.
Our Vision
To provide an all-encompassing and sustainable model of independent advocacy based on the belief that everyone has the right to be heard, have choice and control and to be safe from violence and abuse.
