Who we are

Building Communities

We are a community-led not for profit Community Land Trust. Our mission is to provide sustainable, affordable housing for people in housing need in Somerset*. We also aim to provide workspace and opportunities for community/social enterprises – and where possible to combine these our new homes.

We are a co-operative and a Community Benefit Society – led by our members. Our core membership is people who live or work in Somerset*.

Our aim is to provide affordable homes for rent, and opportunities for community enterprise that will benefit out tenants and the wider community, in the market towns and other urban areas in Somerset*.

We currently manage four affordable homes in Taunton, and have over 30 new units in two development sites awaiting planning approval.
