Solent Youth Action

Who we are

Solent Youth Action empowers young people to develop as individuals, enjoy new challenges and make a positive contribution to the community through volunteering, social action and active citizenship.

We are a youth provision charity working with vulnerable young people aged 10 - 25 who identify as having an additional support need, learning diability, mental health issue, are at risk of offending or have a history of offending behaviour. 

As well as running supported youth clubs for young people with autism, social anxieties and mental health issues, we also run holiday schemes, have a buddying service, run personal development workshops, have a number of supported volunteer schemes and we also provide training to fellow professionals on youth trending issues.

SYA is a small but perfectly formed charity, responding to the needs of the young people we support and ensuring that at all times they have fun! We also like cake.
