About us
Who we are
The organisation is very new, but when fully up and running, will support people who are terminally ill or who have long-term life-limiting illness, from early diagnosis, through to the very end of life, as well as post bereavement support for families. It is a completely free service that enables people, currently in the West Norfolk area to access high quality, holistic (practical, emotional, social, environmental and spiritual), end of life support, according to their choices / wishes, at home, or in hospital, hospices or care homes.
