Who we are

SNAP (Registered Charity 1077787) supports Essex families who have children, aged 0-25, with any additional need or disability. Over the past 28 years, we have gained an in-depth understanding of the everyday demands of supporting a child with an additional need or disability. At the heart of our work we aim to help and empower the whole family, enabling them to meet the challenges they face. As a result we have developed a variety of services in response to the needs of local families.
