Who we are

We are a Registered Charity specialising in providing care for adult patients who have illnesses which do not respond to curative treatment.

Our care is free of charge to patients and families, this is provided through a team of Registered General Nurses (RGN’s) and Health Care Assistants (HCA’s). Our approach is sensitive and caring and we aim to provide support for the whole family to help them through a very difficult time.

Our Vision is to ensure that every adult in our community has access to high-quality end-of-life care at home.

We deliver our Vision by developing trusting relationships and providing high-quality specialist care to people who are approaching the end of their life. We aim to provide patients and their families with clinical, practical and emotional support which meets their individual needs and preferences.
