Our proven change process, rigorous research, innovative ideas platforms and unique global network of changemakers, work collectively to enable people, places and the planet to flourish. We invite you to be part of this change. Join our community. Together, we’ll unite people and ideas in collective action to create opportunities to regenerate our world.
We offer great benefits, including 29 days holiday (plus bank holidays), additional wellbeing allowance, free fellowship throughout employment and lots more! Read our full list of benefits on our website.
Our culture and values
We employ around 120 staff, while additionally drawing on the rich and diverse expertise of our Fellowship community, complemented by further specialist associates, our hospitality and events partners and the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre with Newcastle University. Most of our people operate from RSA House, just off The Strand in London. Others are engaged in progressing place-based work, both in our regions and globally beyond the UK.
As a mission-driven social change charity, we are seeking dynamic, flexible and collaborative people who have a track record of achieving demonstrable impact. As a fast-paced organisation operating in ‘start-up’ mode, we seek people who have a commercial mindset, are not afraid to take risks and have a strong work ethic.
Our people embrace challenge and thrive on making genuine change happen in the world.
Are you ready to drive the optimistic change we want to see?
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
As a social change organisation, we believe everyone, regardless of visible or invisible difference, should be welcomed to participate in creating a better future.
We aspire to maximum inclusion in our work and endeavour to challenge systemic inequity and all forms of discrimination. We therefore welcome applications from everybody who is committed to our vision and values and can demonstrate the skills, competencies and experience required for the role applied for.
